duplicate subpanels in suitecrm7.8.6

Hi,

I have recently upgraded my suitecrm from 7.7.9 to 7.8.6. Now when I am opening the detail view of workflow, there is duplicate process audit sub-panel .
Same problem is with modules. Sub-panels are not displaying properly.
