Layout problem after first install in 1and1 hosting

Hi guys i’m new in this forum and first i want to thanks to those who work developing this great tool.

I have installed suitecrm in a 1and1 shared hosting with php 5.4 but i have a wrong layout visualization since the last steps in the install and after the install.

Could you help me?

Sorry, i solved this after all i just had to change the permissions of the “cache” folder with

chmod -R 755 <suitcrm path>/cache

The only thing is that i have to do this when the install was ended, so when the first login screen appear. Before that will not work, i dont know why.

Hi, I have the same problem. I tried to change the permissions but the problem persists . Any suggestions please?

I also have the same problem and changed the permission of the cache folder but it didn’t help.

I used the same command : chmod -R 755 /cache

and it resolved the issue.
