New install : unable to load DB manager for:

Hi all,

I’m trying to install SuiteCRM on a Paralells Plesk panel 12 hosting environment.
All goes well but when i get to the DB installer page i get the error Cannot load DB manager.

When checking my sugarcrm.log i get unable to load DB manager for:

Does anyone have any fix for this issue?

Hi ghermans,

Sounds like a hosting set up issue. Have you tried contacting the provider to see if they have any suggestion/resolution?

I found the issue, the hosting panel (Plesk) changes the folder rights after a couple minutes.
The issue is fixed with a little / fast workaround: creating a bash script that changes the folder rights every minute.
