Hello Experts
When I load the DetailView page for a module in my CRM, the various subpanels are collapsed. I have to click on the little button to the left to expand each subpanel and see the contents. For some modules in the CRM the user will always want to see this contents.
How can I have the subpanels expand automatically when the user loads the page?

Go to Administration -> System Settings and uncheck Collapsed Subpanels. The state of a subpanel (collapsed / not collapsed) is saved for each user. You could clear it when you navigate to Administration -> Users -> and select Reset User Preferences from the action menu.
