Failed to create portal user

Hi,

Sorry to post a new topic about it but i have almost test all your solutions to fix that problem and failed to create the user portal…

In attachments, you can see :

  • the setting Advanced OpenPortal Settings in joomla. If i connect with the login on SuiteCrm it works
  • the AOP setting in SuiteCRM
  • an exemple of creation of a contact - i’ve seen in differents topic that we must specify a name and a valid email

So i’ve created differents Contacts where i’ve specify the name and address mail, saved, and when i edit / Create Portal User, i still have the following message: Failed to create portal user

I’ve done several Quick Repair and Rebuild, Repair Roles and Rebuild Relationships but I still cannot make it work.

How can i fix it ?

There is the error in your joomla site: Failed to connect to sugar. Please check your settings.

The credentials for the CRM must somehow be incorrect.

Can you also check your sugarcrm.log/suitecrm.log after you click ‘Create Portal User’ and output the error here?
