Link in the Report Module points only to 127.0.0.1?

Environment: This is my PC configuration, I have my SuiteCRM running on a local PC with local LAN static IP with port 80 forwarding setting in the gateway.

Issue: My users log in to Suite by using the LAN static IP I give them, but when someone tries to view the link in the report module (shown below), I noticed it only redirect the page to the local ip of 127.0.0.1, which is not going to show anything.

What should I do? :huh:

You need to change the β€˜site_url’ in the SuiteCRM config.php to be the URL of the server wherever the CRM is hosted so that when the link is clicked it directs the user to the record.
